Refund and Cancellation

At SoulSensei, we strive to provide a seamless experience by connecting you with trusted guides across practices and modalities. Our mission is to provide a sacred space where you can find happiness and fulfillment through virtual workshops and courses led by experienced guides, curated content, and individual personal sessions.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers can cancel sessions and request refunds. Please note that our policies may differ between Offerings and/or Platform Services, and payment options may vary. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to User(s) who violate these or other Platform policies, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period.

1. Cancellation/Rescheduling

  • Cancellation

Cancellation by the Customer

For Individual and Live Group Sessions: User(s) may cancel their scheduled Group Sessions by notifying the Company (on the email address mentioned herein below) at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. In such cases, the User(s) shall be entitled to a full refund, which will be processed as per the terms set out in Section 2. To initiate a cancellation request, User(s) must send an email to support@soulsensei.in with their booking details.

In case, the User does not notify the Company within the stipulated time frame, the Company is not entitled to process the refund request of the User(s) and such refunds shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.

If a User(s) fails to attend an Individual or Live Session without prior cancellation or rescheduling, such absence shall be deemed a "No-Show," and no refund shall be issued.

Cancellation by the Company

In the event that a Session is cancelled by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances, User(s) shall be entitled to a full refund, which will be credited to their original mode of payment. The Company shall notify affected User(s) at their earliest opportunity regarding such cancellations.

  • Rescheduling Policy

User(s) may request for a reschedule of an Individual Session only once, provided they submit a rescheduling request at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. The User(s) may note that all rescheduling requests are subject to the availability of the Leader(s), and the Company does not guarantee that a rescheduling request will always be accommodated. In the event that rescheduling is not possible, the User(s) can request for a refund within 48 hours of being intimated about failure to reschedule.

  • Technical Issues

For any technical issues affecting a Session, Users are required to report the issue immediately to our support team through the following channels:

The Company shall assess each issue on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether a refund or rescheduling will be granted.

2. Refund Process

All refunds shall be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval and shall be credited to the original payment method used by the User(s). Refunds shall be processed only for transactions made directly through the Platform via the integrated Payment Gateway.

3. Payment to Third Parties

User(s) acknowledge that the Platform only facilitates connections between User(s) and Leaders but does not control or guarantee the quality, outcome, or results of any Offerings including Courses, Individual and/or Live Sessions. Additionally, User(s) may use the Platform to make payments to third-party service providers, which are independent of the Offerings and/or Platform’s Services. Any payments made by the User(s) to such third-party providers, whether facilitated through the Platform or otherwise, shall be non-refundable, and the Company shall bear no liability for such transactions. User(s) are advised to review the cancellation and refund policies of third-party service providers before making any payments.

4. Discretion of the Company

All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests shall be handled at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request based on the circumstances of the cancellation or rescheduling. In case of any disputes regarding refunds, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.

By booking any Offerings including the Courses, Individual and/or Live Sessions through the Platform, the User(s) confirm/s that he/she/it/they/them have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy along with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
