Nithya Shanti

Nithya Shanti is an internationally acclaimed teacher of conscious living. He completed his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. Despite having a promising career, he was drawn to pursue his spiritual quest further. In 2002, he was ordained as a Buddhist monk, and then went on to live as a forest meditation monk for six years. Since 2008, he has been sharing his learnings through retreats and courses with a wide variety of audiences and institutions worldwide. His primary focus areas are ""attention"", ""intention"" and ""foundation"" which support people living with awareness, clarity and a deeper understanding of who they really are. He has studied hundreds of ancient and contemporary practices on the themes of emotional integration, conscious communication and untangling the roots of suffering in our being. His work is orchestrated by the Nithya Shanti Foundation, a nonprofit organization, with the purpose of reawakening a heart and earth-conscious culture based on wisdom and joy.
