Dinesh Manchanda

Dinesh Manchanda is the founder of The Happiness Movement, a global platform for mental health and holistic well-being. Formerly an apparel designer with Raymond, his journey took a transformative turn after practicing Rajyoga meditation (taught by the Brahma Kumaris spiritual organization). While offering spiritual service and teaching meditation, he witnessed the deep mental health struggles people faced, inspiring him to transition to psychology and hypnotherapy. By blending psychology with spirituality, Dinesh empowers individuals to break free from dependence on medications and embrace a life enriched with mindfulness and meditation. With a passion for making complex concepts relatable, his mission is to inspire a global shift towards holistic health, helping people unlock their true potential and live balanced, fulfilling lives.
