The Art of Conscious Relationships is a 3-week course that teaches you how to deepen your connections by being fully present, free from expectations, projections, and preconceptions. Inspired by Wabi Sabi, the Japanese philosophy of embracing imperfection, this course will help you create richer, more fulfilling relationships by shifting your perspective.

 

You’ll learn simple but powerful practices to:
- Let go of judgements and expectations in relationships
- Cultivate deep presence and truly listen to others
- See beauty and perfection in imperfection (Wabi Sabi)
- Approach relationships with an open heart, without preconceived notions
- Create a foundation of trust, understanding, and authentic connection

 

Through guided practices, reflections, and interactive exercises, you’ll experience a shift in the way you relate to yourself and others.

    • Explore the question, “Who am I without my expectations, disappointments, and projections?” Practice letting go of preconceived notions to become more present, available, and open in your relationships.

    • Understand love as the act of disappearing in favour of the other. Experience how absence from your own mental chatter creates space for true connection and intimacy.

 

  • Practical Tools for Conscious Relationships: 
  • Engage in daily practices to deepen your awareness and sensitivity in relationships. Learn how to bring out the best in others by seeing the best in them.

Meet Your Guide

Nithya Shanti is an internationally acclaimed teacher of conscious living. He completed his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. Despite having a promising career, he was drawn to pursue his spiritual quest further. In 2002, he was ordained as a Buddhist monk, and then went on to live as a forest meditation monk for six years. Since 2008, he has been sharing his learnings through retreats and courses with a wide variety of audiences and institutions worldwide. His primary focus areas are "attention", "intention" and "foundation" which support people living with awareness, clarity and a deeper understanding of who they really are. He has studied hundreds of ancient and contemporary practices on the themes of emotional integration, conscious communication and untangling the roots of suffering in our being. His work is orchestrated by the Nithya Shanti Foundation, a nonprofit organization, with the purpose of reawakening a heart and earth-conscious culture based on wisdom and joy.
